Defective or unworn and unwashed items can be returned for the value purchased (this excludes shipping and handling). Items must have the tag attached in order to be returned. Sale items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the purchase. Pink Martini will cover freight costs both for exchanges & returns.
All returns must be approved first by our customer service team within 14 days of receiving purchase. All return claims can be sent to email@example.com for approval. Once the return is approved, you will be notified via e-mail to ship back your items. All return items must have order number written on outside of box.
We will cover returns freight cost anywhere within Canada and cover freight cost for purchases over $100 in the US.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed, and received. We will not under any circumstance accept returns on final sale items, special orders, or undergarments. R/A claims made after 20 days will not be considered.
