In the event your item(s) are just not right, you will have 14 days from the date you received your merchandise for a refund or credit on regular priced items. Shipping charges are excluded from your refund/credit amount. If you choose a credit, there will be a credit code emailed to you within 3-5 business days.

You may only receive an online credit or refund. Credit code will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days. Return shipping/duties cost will be your responsibility.

All returns MUST be approved before shipping back items. Refunds or credits will only be given once items are returned back to us.

We are not responsible for damaged items due to washing or from opening your packages. Please be gentle when using a knife or scissors when opening your parcels. Also, be sure to cuff of any tags rather then pulling them off to prevent making a hole if you are keeping your items.
